Jo thjesht sqarova se barra e proves ndryshon krahun “NESE” provohet .gjasat jane qe edhe ky te dale i pafajshem si meta . basha ,Gjika , mziu etj.

se me cfare do ta krahasosh pafajesine e tij eshte tjeter pune.
fola per prezumimin e pafajesise i cili po shkelet ka kaq muaj per Tahirin, konkretisht pa prova materiale, megjithate drejtesia dhe ppu (ka rendesi mendimi i ppu-se) nuk pranon mungesen fillestare te proves/ave te nevojshme per te kerkuar procedim te tij.
Duke e prezumuar perkundrazi fajtor.
