Italian troops…
Lieutenant-General Svetozar Vukmanovic-Tempo, Chief Political Commissar on the General Staff of the Yugoslav National Liberation Army, a Montenegrin who was one of the closest collaborators of Marshal Josip Broz-Tito and his personal representative in Macedonia, made contact with the Albanian Communist leaders Enver Hoxha, Koci Xoxe, Nako Spiru, and others at the village of Kucake, not far from Korce. There he signed with Enver Hoxha a document, drafted in Hoxha’s handwriting, entitled “Conclussions of a Meeting of Delegates from the Central Committees of the Communist Parties of Greece, Yougoslavia, and Albania, held on June 20th, 1943”. this Document was a proposal to establish a joint General Headquarters of all the Balkan guerrillas, which Enver Hoxha immediately accepted. The following quotation from part of the document clearly held out the prospect of the Communists achieving the unification of Kosove and Diber incorporated within the Albanian State, as the Italian occupation had already imposed:
The National Liberation Army of Albania and Yugoslavia simply has to act as one body in the Kosove and Metohija region as well as in Macedonia, where a large percentage of the population are Albanians.
In Kosove and Metohija there are many Albanians who, because of their chauvinist hatred of the Serbs in the region, do not take part in the national liberation struggle. It is essential that the Supreme Command of the National Liberation Army of Albania immediately sends two detachments of Partisans and volunteers to Ljume in the region north of Shkoder. These two detachments are to meet up with detachments from Metohija and, in close cooperation, organize the mobilization of the Albanian masses in Kosove and Metohija for the struggle against the occupying forces, and for the right of the Albanian people inKosove and Metohija to decide their future for themselves.
To facilitate the mobilization of the Albanians in the region, the Supreme Command of the National Liberation Army in Yugoslavia has appointed Fadil Hoxha as Commander-in-Chief of all the national Liberation forces in Kosove and Metohija … The struggle which this army is engaged in, under the command of Fadil Hoxha, will be a guarantee to the people of Kosove and Metohija that they will decide their future for themselves.

Shqiptaret jane me shume supersticiozë se sa besimtare kur e konceptojne pas-vdekjen. Halucinacionet auditore qe presupozohet se i paskan kapluar 20 ushtaret do e kene zanafillen tek ideja e tij si nje qenie e mbinatyrshme. Autosugjestionim dhe sugjestionim me nje fjale.

A Yugoslav Military Directorate was established in Prishtine, the chief town of Kosove, to suppress Albanian demands for self - determination. This was a Serbo-Montenegrin dominated party and military apparatus, whose partisan brigades were saturating Kosove, to make sure that no opposition could arise to challenge the new order. Among the extreme measures emplyed were the forceful and massive mobilization of Albanians from 15 to 65 years of age and their transfer to the northern war front of Yugoslavia, the appointment of four Serbo-Montenegrin commanders to the four military administrated zones of Kosove, the dismissal of Fadil Hoxha, the former Albanian commander, from his top position in Kosove, and the opening of a new concentration camp in Prishtine near the ill-famed Nazi camp, where 8000 Albanians were locked up, many of them to end as victims of the secret night-time executions.
The mobilization order was part of a plan conceived by Aleksandar Rankovic, Yugoslav Minister of Interior, and Milovan Djilas, Secretary of the Politburo of the Yugoslav Communist Party, to expel Albanian Kosovars from Kosove and resettle them all over Yugoslavia. These heavy-handed repressive measures imposed by the Yugoslav Communist in Kosove caused a popular uprising, which sent to the hills over 30000 Albanian Kosovars resolved to defend the war-time promises of self-determination after the defeat of Nazi Germany.

The Yugoslav government decided to recognize the provisional government of the Peopl’s Republic of Albania and to establish diplomatic relations with it. Colonel Velimir Stojnic, the acting chielf of the Yugoslav military mission, was nominated as Yugoslav Minister to Albania.

Cfare donin e kishin bere te qarte nder shekuj, por je disi kontradiktor kur thua se edhe ishin te paret qe na njohen si shtet te pavarur apo jo? Njohjen e menjehershme e kishin te detyruar per te ndare Kosoven nga Shqiperia, ne te kundert rrezikonin te humbnin dhe Kosoven.
Shqiperia e cfilitur e pas luftes nuk kish kellqe te bente lufte frontale me Jugosllavine per te rimarre Kosoven. E megjithate ne dekadat qe ndoqen historia tregon se ka pasur plane per nje lufte me Serbine ne mbeshtetje te Kosoves. Shume detaje te ketyre planeve u ndoqen me perpikmerin gjate luftes se pavarsise se Kosoves. Serbi, me ane te dhendrit, u perpoq fort per te crrenjosur cdo lloj kontributi te mundshem qe Shqiperia si shtet mund ti ofronte shqiptareve te Kosoves. Deshtoi.

Te vrasesh nje person kushdo qofte ai eshte fare e thjeshte. Te vrasesh apo ndryshosh nje pjese te vetes tende eshte pafundesisht me e veshtire. Dhe ketu qendron problemi pasi nje ide / sistem politk apo shoqeror nuk mbahet ne kembe nga nje individ por nga nje fryme qe ekziston tek nje pjese e konsiderueshme e popullsise. Vetem kur rrethanat e sfidojne teorikisht dhe praktisht derisa e bjerrin fare atehere bie. Shiko sistemet totalitare ne tere evropen lindore qe ekzistuan deri ne 90-ten.

Qe ata ushtaret kane perfunduar ne psikiatri ky eshte fakt, seksioni i horoskopit e teleskopit merren me te tjera gjera. Se dyti, po icik si shume 20 ushtare qe te sugjestionohen deri ne halucinacion. Nuk eshte gje e rendomte te degjosh zera, nuk eshte ankth, axhitim a obsesion. Se treti, nene Tereza pse erdhi me u lut. Apo ceshtje sugjestionimi dhe kto. Mua nuk me duken dhe aq te lehta per t’ i dhene shpjegim ndonese vete s’di cfare shpjegimi t’i jap.
Po nuk eshte gje e rendomte te ruash varrin e Enverit, i cili pertej te qenit nje qenie e rendomte njerezore, nje ‘mere mortal’, ka perfaqesuar dicka me shume ne psikiken e ushtareve te gjore dhe jo vetem. Nuk eshte as veshtire te sugjestionohesh sidomos ne rrethana te vecanta sepse njerezimi ka plot shembuj te rasteve te tilla.
Para ca ditesh po lexoja per dicka te tille, nuk e mbaj mend ku, qe kishte te bente me friken e aktoreve te teatrit nga kolla e ndonjerit ne publik e cila rrezikon te perhapet tek spektatoret e tjere. Ne nje rast aq ngjitese kishte qene kjo gje sa qe shfaqja ishte nderprere ngaqe e gjithe salla u mbyt ne kolle.

Eshte e vertete qe ne kujtimet e tij Dulla nuk ka shkruajt qe Shqiperia u mbrojt nga Jugosllavet, por eshte mese e vertete qe para vitit 1948 gjithe propaganda e qeverise shqiptare te udhequr nga Dulla i çante sumen njerzise qe Tito eshte shpetimtar i Shqiperise. Fotografia i Titos ishte gjithandej me qendrore dhe me e madhe se e Stalinit dhe e Dulles. Po eshte e vertete qe historine e bejne fitimtaret, ruset fituan mbi jugosllavet, dhe kjo fitore reflektohet edhe ne kujtimet e Dulles qe kane po aq vlere sa kujtimet e Marlonit, i jep rendesi ai qe e ka akoma ne sume dhe nuk e kupto qe e ka.
Ja arrite qellimit te devijosh qendren e pyetjes duke u hedh ne periferi te pyetjes. Ne fakt ky eshte profesioni i vertete i joti, dhe ne pergjithsi i intelektualit ngambrapa, mohimi i Qendres duke terheq vemendjen per gjera te dores se dyte. Shembull eshte tere blogu i intelektualeve ngambrapa te Vehbiut.
Dhe po te kerkosh te tregosh qe ekziston nje Qender per çdo çeshtje, atehere akuza gati: “ke dale jasht teme”. Hajduti bertet kapeni hajdutin!

Tiku pyetja jote ka nevoje per nje pergjigje te shtjelluar. Nuk po i shkoj asaj rruge sepse merr goxha kohe por po jap disa pika ne pergjigje te pyetjes.
- Ka pasur tentativa ( kulmi vitet 48-53) per te vrare eh por pa rezultat.
- Mbyllja perfundimtare e 61, nderpreu ndjeshem çdo shprese per eleminim.

Enver Hoxha ka qene alien i derguar nga Anubis dhe i lene si femije ne malin e shenjte te Tomorit. Ai ushqehej me nektar majdanozi, rrenje lulekuqesh dhe uje nga gjurma e kalit. Lotet e tij kuronin kancerin por fatkeqsisht nuk qau asnjehere. Kur ai futej ne uje, nuk lagej, vetem uji behej enverist. Ai mund te pjestonte me 0. Ai nuk mbante asnjehere ore me vete sepse ai e vendoste se sa ishte ora. Ate nuk e vrisje dot se flinte me jastek poshte nagantit. Nuk ekziston teoria e evolucionit, thjesht nje liste e krijesave qe Enveri i lejonte te jetonin. Enveri nuk tha asnjehere ne kujtimet e tij se ishte i lidhur me Jugosllavine - Konferenca u mblodh vetem per t’i puthur kembet Enverit qe po mbronte Jugosllavine dhe BRSS bashke. Po nuk besuat pyesni korriksen qe ka qene vete aty. Edhe Stalkerin, shokun e Indro Montanelli.
Ja pra pse u cmenden, me fakte, 20 ushtaret qe ruanin varrin. Deri ne 1990. Pastaj Anubis teshtiu dhe iken ushtaret nga syte kembet.
Per t’ju kthyer temes, eshte interesante si pyetje. Ndoshta dhe kane provuar por s’dime gje. Ose eshte ajo qe frika e ruan vreshtin dhe ne behemi trima vetem kur dikush na shikon shtrember. Por Enveri asnjehere nuk shikonte shtrember, keshtu qe nuk kishte pse te behej njeri trim.

Shiko, mes serbit, italianit grekut dhe malazezit ne na kishin vene ne plan per te na ndare nja tre here qe nga shpallja e pavarsise. Thjesht nuk kishin rene dakort mes vedit. Nese pas luftes do te figuronim pale me aksin humbes te jesh e sigurte se mbase nuk do te egzistonim fare.
Mos tju duket cudi se dhe nder serb/Jugosllave kish internacionaliste qe nuk e shikonin shqiptarin vetem si armik, ashtu si kish te tille qe ne fund te fundit kerkonin shfarrosjen e shqiptareve. Vet Tito ish kroat/slloven.
Ajo qe solla me siper tregon qarte qe nuk ka pasur ndonje qellim nga pala jone per te shitur Kosoven, perkundrazi.
