Research on fascisrn has established a far-reaching consensus
that fascisrn in Gerrnany or elsewhere could not seize political
power on its own.3 On the contrary, it depended on the support
of the leadership strata frorn industry, banking, the rnilitary,
and the state bureaucracy, that is, from the forces known as
"social elites" or “societal leadership strata” (by bourgeois
historians and social scientists) or as the "ruling class"
by Harxist scholars.4 The decisive role of these forces in
establishing the faseist dictatorship, as well as in the planning
and execution of its policies, was well dernonstrated as early
as the international rnilitary tribunal of 1945-46. And because
of the role these forces played, leadirig representatives of
the econorny and the rnilitary, in addition to leaders of the
faseist party, were accused of war crimes. Research which has
been done since has repeatedly confirmed this judgrnent.5 The
question rnust therefore be asked as to what goals and interests
determined the behavior of the ruling class and how did they
assert thernselves?
It is irnportant to note that the behavior of the German ruling
clas’s, although different from other European ruling classes in
sorne irnportant respects, nevertheless reflected tendencies that
generally characterized capittalistic countries during this
period. By the second half of the nineteenth century, capitalisrn
in the advanced countries had becorne powerful enough so that it
began to hurst national boundaries in order to conquer new rnarkets
and areas with natural resources and to find new spheres for
investrnent and cneap labor. To realize this expansion, the
state made its political and rnilitary rneans available. This

increased international capitalist competition, this transition
to an imperialist strategy, quickly lead to a nartitioning of the
world, particularly in Africa and Asia, which had not yet been
colonially occupied. Ideologically, the transition to imperialism
was also reflected in the emergence of racist ideologies and
their proliferation among the masses. These ideologies
distinguished between superior and inferior races, thereby
reducing the capitalist countries’ domination over colored
peoples to nature’s will.
In comparison with the general development of capitalist
countries, the German Reich had two characteristics that in
combination have generally come to be knmvn as the “extreme
aggressiveness of German imperialism.” This aggressiveness
found its expression in the monumental plans for conquest
implemented during the First and Second ~.Jorld \1ars.
The first characteristic consisted of the fact that, in cantrast
to other advanced countries, German capitalistic development
was delayed. This was mainly the case because Germany–as Italy–
became economically peripheral after America and the seaway to
India were discovered, resulting in a shift to overseas trade
and Stagnation in the development of German cities and the German
bourgeoisie. The delayed capitalist development was also caused
by the fact that the large feudal landlords’ pm,rer remained
unbroken as the revolt of peasants and plebeian city dwellers
was crushed in 1525-29. Lastly, the delay was due to the Thirty
Years War (1613~1643), which mainly took place on German territory,
decimating the population by one-third, causing tremendous
destruction, and thus throwing the country far back economically.
The peace treaty resulted in splintering Germany into some two
thousand “independent” political units, further bindering
economic develop~ent.6

Me “revolucion konservativ” kuptohet lindja e disa ideologjive politike gjate Republikes se Weimar-it, te citat karakterizoheshin nga qendrime antiliberale apo antidemokratike po nuk paten ndonje doktrine perfundimtare te ideve te tyre. E djathta konservatore ishte me teper refuzimi qe iu be procesit te modernes. Nderkohe qe fashizmi si nje nga rrymat e te djathtes konservative, anonte me teper drejt nje organizimi nacionalist, kolektivist dhe korporativ i shoqerise.
Ishte edhe marksizmi qe luajti po ashtu nje rol te rendesishem ne idete fashiste pasi dhe krijimi i ketyre ideve u pa si nje rezultat i krizes se monopolit kapitalist. Pak a shume e njejta krize qe ndiente levizja punetore ne lufte kunder borgjezise. Shume koncepte dhe perkufizime u moren kallup nga marksizmi. Ndryshimi themelor ishte zevendesimi i luftes se klasave. Jo me kot edhe partia e Hitlerit u quajt nacional socialiste. Koncepti i socializmit tek fashistet ishte marksist po jo nen sherbim te “Internacionales”, te huajit, po ne sherbim te “Völkisch” popullit homogjen, kombit.
Levizjet antikomuniste filluan ne Gjermani qe ne vitin 1919 kur e majta filloi te organizonte revolucionin e nentorit e cili rrezoi po ashtu monarkine e mbreterise gjermane dhe shenoi fillimin e Republikes.
Jo mos ki merak, nuk eshte derivat e Armin Mohlerit. 
Po sipas teje kush ishte arsyeja e Luftes se Ftohte? Kot qenkan dridhur nga frika amerikanet perpara perdes se hekurt? Si ka mundesi, kur komunizmi dhe nen-produktet e tij na paskan qene kaq te parrezikshem, joimperialiste dhe nuk kishin synim te perhapeshin ne Europe?

Libri eshte arme. Jo me kot e dogjen nazistet dhe jo me kot komunistet krijuan listen e verdhe. Ke te drejte.
Jam plotesisht dakord me kete, dhe shiko sa ndryshon ky pohimi qe “fashizmi ishte njefare marksizmi ne nivel kombetar”, te cilin e kam hasur edhe une, po te duash ta citoj te plote, me kete qe ke thene ti ne fillim e qe u be shkas per nderhyrjen time, jane si nata me diten:
Sa u perket pyetjeve te tjera, gabimi qe ben ti dhe i Mothi eshte se e barazoni per shembull komunizmin/marksizmin, ose qofte edhe bolshevizmin, me Bashkimin Sovjetik. Eshte njesoj si te barazosh sot komunizmin me Kinen per shembull, dy gjera krejtesisht pa lidhje.
kurse gabimi jot eshte se barazon krishterimin me katoliçizmin fashist dhe protestantizmin nazist, njekohesisht barazon t’Modhin me Ingeborgen lexo libra xhanger xhunger.
Mos je ti qe i barazon, se ti pyete per krishterim gjerman dhe italian, kur ajo qe doja te thoja qe pikerisht po i veshe atribute kombetare krishterimit, sic bere edhe me fashizmin, atehere ai nuk eshte me krishterim.

Nuk ndryshon nga ajo qe kam shkruajtur, shiko fillimet e revolucionit te nentorit. Ne librin e historise shkruhet: “Suksesi i Leninit ne Rusi filloi te perhapte friken ne shtresen e mesme gjermane se nje revolucion i tille mund te ndodhte edhe tek ata…”
Nuk asnje ndryshim tek ato dy ideologi. Kjo eshte taktika e te majteve sot per te fshehur kufomat e tyre ne te kaluaren. Gjermania naziste luftoi kunder Rusise bolsheviste, por ama pas lufte nuk pati aleance paqesore midis Amerikes dhe Bashkimit Sovjetik. Lufta vazhdoi akoma (e ftohte) dhe frika ndaj komunizmit beri qe edhe vendet e mundura si Gjermania te ndertoheshin ekonomikisht sa me shpejt si balance mbeshtetese kunder sovjetikeve.
Rrofsh per mundimin dhe lum si ti qe ke arritur te e verteta dhe tani po behesh cope per ne.
Ti si dole ne perfundim qe une jam i djathte apo antisemit? Une jam nje njeri apolitik dhe ekstremet, si te majta, si te djathta nuk i honeps dot.
